Diamond Servicing
Unilap has its own diamond service centre for the demanding field of diamond
tools, using fully automated high-tech equipment and erosion machines. This
guarantees the required precision and quality throughout the whole tool life and
at the same time giving the end user the knowledge that their serviced tools
will be to that same high standard

Profile grinding
Using fully automated high-tech equipment. These fully
automated profile grinding machines which produce profiles to the most
exacting standards guarantying that you get the shape that you
required.

Automated Saw Sharpening
Again in the Saw sharpening section Unilap has invested in the latest
high tech machinery. With fully automated saw sharpening machines,
enabling incredibly accurate, and fast turnaround ensuring the very
minimum of service time.

Specialist manufacturing
And for those tools which sometimes need that extra special touch. We
have a fully equipped engineering machine shop. Installed with CNC
lathes, CNC milling, horizontal flat bed grinding, drill sharpening,
cylindrical grinding.
